ODIN

Among his many names, Odin is known as All Father. He is the father of the Aesir gods including Thor and Balder.

Odin lives in Kill Hall or Valhalla. He has two ravens called Thought and Memory, and two wolves called Greed and Hunger. Odin’s horse is called Slider and it has eight legs.

In one myth, Odin hangs for nine days and nights on the tree Yggdrasil or Mimir’s Wood in search of wisdom.

Odinís day is Wednesday.
